We welcome customers in to browse our Specialized stocked bicycle shop where we carry all the cycling equipment you would need to get ready for a social ride or a Cape Epic style stage race.
OUR BICYCLE STORE
Visit our family owned and run Local Bicycle Shop at Concept Cyclery Ballito. We offer the latest in Cycling from Road Bikes, Mountain Bikes, Kids Bikes and E-Bikes to all the apparel you could need. We are an approved S-Works dealer and offer the after sales support and service. In store we have the RETÜL Bike Fit studio aimed to scientifically match you with the correct bike and optimal setup. We are in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal – although we do have customers nationwide.
BIKES
We are riders—that fact has guided our every decision since 1974. When quality tires weren’t around, we strove to make the best. When people wanted to ride cruisers in the dirt, we made the first production mountain bike. When roadies wanted to go faster, we doubled-down on carbon and built our own wind tunnel. And when we saw kids struggling to focus in school, we began supporting Outride to help promote better health through cycling.

Retül Fit is more than just a bike fit—it’s a way to learn about your body, the root cause of your aches and pains, and how a proper fit will help you achieve your cycling goals.
Using 3D motion capture technology, the Retül system accurately measures every degree of movement and millimeter of distance, providing you and the fitter with data to support the choices made during the fit for your cycling equipment and personal riding experience.
Retül Fit enables riders to maximise power, endurance, and comfort. During your personal Retül Fit session, a trained specialist will assess your individual needs and systematically tailor your bike position and equipment to your body. Retül Fit is a five step process in which a trained specialist will assess your individual needs and tailor your equipment through product selection and customisation.
